NOFFCU's Response to COVID-19
Updated January 4, 2021
A message from the CEO
As an essential service provider, it is our duty and responsibility to do what we can to protect the health and safety of our employees and members. We are following local and national guidance to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in cooperation with our community leaders during this unprecedented pandemic. Due to limited spacing within our service center environment, we have taken steps to maintain social distancing (6 feet) between members and employees, increased sanitation schedules, and request masks to be worn by all members and employees. If a member or visitor does not have a mask of their own, we are providing a disposal mask while supplies last.
We understand some individuals are not comfortable or do not agree with these precautions. We have other service options available for these members, including drive-thrus, night drop, online banking, message center, and our call center. In summary, we are trying to serve every member while doing what is best for the safety of our members, employees, and communities as a whole.
We want to thank all our healthcare workers, first responders, and essential employees working to keep their communities safe. We appreciate your commitment to the community and are honored to assist you.

President & CEO
Staying safe
The well-being of our visitors, employees, and communities remains our top priority.
To ensure visitors and employees are kept safe, our team is continuing with frequent cleanings throughout the branches and offices. We are disinfecting high-touch areas such as teller stations, desks, and counters after usage.
In compliance with state and federal government guidelines, all visitors must wear masks when inside the building and maintain 6ft. distance from others. Visitors refusing to wear masks will need to use Online Banking, ATMs, and drive-thrus for service.
If you need assistance or have questions, reach out to us via Contact Us or by calling 504.889.9090.
Take care of yourself and each other. We will get through this together.
