Staying safe

This is an unprecedented time for all of us, but we are in this together. NOFFCU is committed to helping you through this. Rest assured that we are here to help you stay on target with your financial goals and provide solutions for those unanticipated needs you might face at the moment.

We are offering new relief solutions and modifying existing services to better serve you. If you need assistance or have questions, reach out to us via Contact Us or by calling 504.889.9090.

Our drive-thrus continue to serve members, as do our night depositories, Online & Mobile Banking, and ATMs. Our back offices remain staffed to process requests, take calls, and provide service. To find a CO-OP Shared Branch drive-thru in your area, visit Branches & ATMs.

Take care of yourself and each other. We will get through this together.

Beware of scammers

At this time, we are advising members to be vigilant for scams.

Scammers take advantage of people during times of fear and uncertainty. Such scammers have been reaching out pretending to be the Center for Disease Control (CDC), health organizations, financial institutions, etc.

Remember that we will never call you and ask for private information. Be wary of situations that sound "too good to be true." If/when government relief comes, scammers will attempt to take advantage of the situation.
